However, the most important is to get the right eyes to see it. We use all available marketing platforms and means to do this.

We advertise on property portals. We also make effort to spread out to local online portals where the properties are located. Our own website is functionally developed to acquire leads.

DIGITAL MARKETING
Our digital media buyers are both insourced and outsourced. Backed by a data-driven strategy, the team is able to create a digital marketing plan that targets potential clients, buyers & tenants.

CONCIERGE
Our Nub Point Partners are engaged to provide white-glove customer services. Sometimes, a home needs a little TLC to get it noticed, attract the right buyers and sell fast at the best price. If needed, we do it (on terms and conditions).

VIDEO, PHOTOGRAPHY, VIRTUAL TOURS
We use professionals to take pictures and make videos of our listings. Agents are not encouraged to do photography and videos by themselves. If it's worth listing with us, we will do everything necessary to get it sold.
